 $45.00 for 60 minutes ​

- Setup and breakdown time must be included within your rental hours. Please reserve additional time if needed.

- The professional cleaning fee is included in the rental price.

- Full payment is required at least 72 hours in advance to secure your rental reservation.

 

SHARED FLOOR RENTAL

Independent teaching is limited to available Mondays through Thursdays from 11 AM to 7 PM

: for a 45-minute Teaching lesson (up to 2 students)

: for a 60 -minute practice  (up to 2 people)

Space is limited! Full payment is required at least 24 hours in advance to secure your rental reservation.

NOTE THAT: There is a possibility that another dancer(s) will share the space.

If you would like the space guaranteed only to you, we recommend renting the entire room.

Any missed or canceled appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 100 % of the reserved service.
