12-hour Advance Payment  Rental Rate: $40.00 for 60 minutes 

After a 12-hour Rental  Rate:  $45.00 for 60 minutes

SHARED FLOOR RENTAL

Independent teaching is limited to available Mondays through Thursdays from 11 AM to 7 PM

12-hour Advance Payment  Rental Rate

• $15.00 for a 45-minute teaching lesson (up to 2 students)

• $15.00 for a 60-minute self-practice (for 1-2 people)

After a 12-hour Rental  Rate:

• $20.00 for a 45-minute teaching lesson (up to 2 students)

• $20.00 for a 60-minute self-practice (for 1-2 people)

NOTE THAT: There is a possibility that another dancer(s) will share the space. If you would like the space guaranteed only to you, we recommend renting the entire room.

Any missed or cancelled appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge

equal to 100 % of the reserved service.
